We are looking for the BEST people to join our team. At ECC we design, inspect, implement and maintain Erosion Control measures to support environmental protection and to help our clients’ avoid regulatory non-compliance scenarios. ECC is currently looking for an experienced Safety and HR Manager to join our growing Calgary operations.

What We Offer
A passionate professional advocate for both safety and people, with experience in Human Resource Management and Safety Coordination.
Ideally, holds a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification or equivalent.
Someone that holds a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) designation at minimum
Someone that has experience with heavy equipment/earth works and working in Construction
A proactive problem-solver who can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
Someone who knows that a little fun goes a long way in keeping spirits high and morale soaring!

Skills And Qualifications
- Experience with Civil construction and earthworks.
- Excellence in building rapport and creating a team environment where all those with project responsibilities work well together
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization by ensuring daily job allocation
- Ability to determine potential risks while devising proactive ways to solve them
- Valid class 5 Drivers license with a clean abstract
