Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Assist clients with inquiries about personal insurance policies and coverage options.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Process quotes, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Perform standard reception and office duties.
- Strong understanding of personal insurance policies and coverage options.
- Experience in customer service within the finance or insurance industry.
- Proficiency in processing policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Eagerness for professional development and continuous learning.
- Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and company compliance standards.
- RIBO licensed with 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience.
