As the Contracts Specialist, you play a crucial role in supporting the Legal, Sales, and Executive teams, providing support in the preparation, drafting, review, and lifecycle management of AirSprint’s Fractional Owner contracts and other legal documents, while also serving as a key point of contact for Fractional Owners on contract-related matters. The Contracts Specialist ensures contractual accuracy, compliance, data integrity and operational efficiency across multiple work groups, and plays a central role in identifying opportunities to streamline processes, optimize workflows and implement contract automation initiatives within the company’s contract management systems.

  • Identify legal or business risks within contract language and propose practical solutions or escalations as needed.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for contract-related inquiries and clarifications and collaborate cross-functionally with internal work groups to align expectations and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain templates, contract checklists, and knowledge resources to improve consistency and reduce contract cycle times.
  • Support the VP, Legal, Contracts, and Government Relations in the design and execution of contract automation and digitization initiatives.
  • Propose and implement improvements to simplify, standardize and streamline contract management procedures.
  • Maintain and enhance the document management process for legal records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of standardized contract templates, clause libraries and process documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Undergraduate degree in Legal or Paralegal Studies, Business or Legal Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a legal, contracts, or corporate administration role, preferably in a client-facing role within a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law principles and best practices in contract lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and contract management platforms.
  • Strong legal drafting, proofreading, and redlining capabilities.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous experience with Salesforce.
