Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing team performance, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets through effective sales strategies and processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a focus on coaching and developing team members.

What will your primary responsibilities entail?

  • Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, sales quotas, and customer satisfaction scores. Provide regular feedback to team members to ensure targets are met.
  • Training & Development: Offer ongoing coaching, training, and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure leads are properly managed and opportunities are followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business. Provide solutions to customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment on sales goals and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to upper management, including sales performance, team progress, and forecasts.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Support lead generation activities and identify new prospects to build the sales pipeline. Ensure the team is using proper prospecting methods and tools.
  • Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily (up to 60 calls per day) to effectively engage with clients and prospects, supporting business objectives.

What elements of your professional background will be necessary and valuable in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in coaching and developing a sales team is a plus.
  • Fluency in French is required, as the role involves regular communication with French-speaking clients and stakeholders.
