As a Quality Coordinator – Repair & Inserts Inspector, you are the expert behind the scenes ensuring every concrete surface and structural insert meets the highest standards of excellence. You take pride in delivering flawless finishes and durable repairs that stand the test of time. From smoothing and leveling freshly poured concrete to inspecting insert placements with precision, your work is critical to the success of each project.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with field crews, supervisors, and quality teams to identify and resolve issues early, keep workflows on track, and ensure safety is never compromised. Your sharp eye for detail, commitment to craftsmanship, and ability to coordinate quality efforts help elevate the entire operation — keeping projects on time, on spec, and built to last.
Essential Responsibilities:
$56,000 - $77,000 annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly inspect concrete surfaces for any defects, such as cracks, spalling, honeycombing, and discoloration
- Assess the quality of the concrete surface finish, ensuring it meets the required standards
- Conduct necessary tests to ensure the concrete meets the required specifications
- Accurately identify and document all defects found during inspections
- Oversee and monitor the execution of repairs
- Assemble instruments by means of basic finishing processes such as bending, fitting, grinding, sharpening, deburring and basic blending and polishing
- Perform simple measurements using micrometers, angle finders and calipers
- 3+ plus years of experience with finishing & repair of concrete on the site
- Must have an academic degree or professional certification
- Knowledge of Operating power tools
- Ability to read and interpret machine schematics
- Self-motivated and have a desire to perform at one’s highest level
- Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
- Demonstrates good problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills
- This is a site based position
