- Provides direction and support to employee groups of less than 35
- Facilitates weekly team meetings and discussions on resolving production
- Administers daily production items (housekeeping, PM)
- Reviews work layout to improve product
- Provides technical support and expertise to the team
- Coordinates customer requirements regarding delivery, quality, and pricing
- Tracks and reports inventory levels as
- Reviews and updates SPI/SWI and ensures compliance to those
- Updates department KPI tracking
- Administers and managing measures for
- Coordinates Continuous Improvement
- Involvement in advanced Quality planning and new product development
- Administers and managing measures for

- Provides orientation and training for new employees to the
- Monitors and manages employee conduct, time & attendance within the
- Interviews prospective candidates for the Department
- Assists in the training of Team
- Provides counseling and guidance for Team
- Conducts performance evaluations on Team
- Provides input into job
- Ensures the Health & Safety of
- Facilitates Health & Safety
- Provides input on safety related issues to the H & S committee, including potential hazards, reports and
- records injuries and near miss/ critical incidents
- College Diploma/ Associate degree Supply Chain Management, or Logistics preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Operations in a leadership role
- Knowledge and experience in MRP and ERP systems inventory control, materials requirements planning,
- item master, demand planning, and advanced supply chain planning and analytics
- Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and
- ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to Adaptable to multiple requests,
- daily changes and still deliver on commitments
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to communicate effectively with senior management, peers, and colleagues collaborating cross
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills using fact and evidence-based decision
- making
- Takes accountability and delivers on customer and internal commitments
- Acts with honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior
