Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Line Cook with at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas and fresh pasta dishes to our exacting standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items including Neapolitan pizza and house made pasta
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station
Ensure consistency in portioning, presentation, and quality
Follow prep lists and daily production tasks
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
Communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow kitchen team members
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (HACCP knowledge an asset)
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of line cook experience (pizza and/or pasta preferred)
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Food Safe Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain)
