We are seeking highly experienced Senior Project Managers to join our dynamic team.

Join this exciting new initiative as a Senior Project Manager.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Manage both Application Development and Infrastructure projects, applying a deep understanding of SDLC and IT operations.

Support Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting to client’s evolving Agile transformation.

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, providing clear, timely updates and ensuring alignment across departments.

Proactively identify and communicate project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.

Financial Management

Own and manage project financials, including budget creation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Track and optimize CapEx and OpEx expenditures, ensuring compliance with depreciation and accounting standards.

Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership.

Resource & Planning Management

Develop detailed resource plans and project schedules, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.

Maintain and manage project backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring accurate tracking of story points and deliverables.

Agile & Scrum Facilitation

Act as Scrum Master when needed, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Tool Proficiency & Reporting

Utilize project tracking tools such as ADO and ServiceNow SPM for project setup, tracking, and reporting.

Create and deliver executive-level presentations using PowerPoint and Excel, leveraging strong data analysis skills.

Independent Execution & Quality Assurance

Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and detail-oriented approach to project delivery.

Ensure high-quality execution through meticulous planning, documentation, and follow-through.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • 10+ years’ experience working as an IT Project Manager in an enterprise environment
  • Strong experience being responsible for executive-level communication, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and timely updates
  • Specific experience leading Application Development Projects – strong understanding of SDLC as well as infrastructure Projects – looking for a well-rounded PM
  • Excellent experience managing and reporting on project financials
  • Strong understanding of CapEx vs Opex and Depreciation
  • Proven experience building budgets and creating resource plans
  • Experience creating monthly forecasts, reconciliation reports and ability to explain variance – Highlighting data analysis skills
  • Experience reporting to executives on key financial metrics, risks/issues and mitigation plans.
  • Strong experience tracking and optimizing project financials to ensure efficient resource allocation. Proficiently work with Project Management tracking tools such as ADO, PPM tools - Planview or ServiceNow remove.
  • Specific experience managing project backlog through ADO or similar tool
  • Ability to set up Projects in ADO or similar tools – ensuring story points are accounted for
  • Experience working effectively in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, supporting client’s ongoing Agile transformation
  • Experience wearing the Scrum Master hat as needed, running daily stand ups, etc.
  • Possess an innate curiosity and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough project execution
  • Proficient data analysis, PowerPoint and excel skills
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactively addressing challenges
  • Operates independently, demonstrating a proactive, self-driven approach without requiring constant supervision

Nice to Have:

  • Azure DevOps tool
  • Technical background, started their career as a developer
  • Experience with ServiceNow SPM and Workday
  • PMP certification
