Senior Financial Controller

We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Controller to play a key leadership role on our Finance Team. This role is essential to ensuring strong financial stewardship of our $21M+ organization, supporting internal decision-making, and ensuring compliance with all funder and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Senior Director, People, Culture and Business Operations, and working closely with the Executive Director and broader Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the finance function, manage a small team, and oversee all aspects of full-cycle accounting, reporting, payroll, budgeting, and audit. You will also play a key role in grant and funder reporting, policy development, risk mitigation, and systems improvement.
