Digital Growth Strategist

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Growth Strategist at TUFF Media based in Vancouver, BC. The Digital Growth Strategist will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns on multiple platforms, developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing data to optimize performance, and coordinating project management activities.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
- 2-5 years in a strategist role
- experience in client-facing roles
- 3+ years working within a digital marketing agency
- 3+ years managing Facebook ads, Google ads, and PPC campaigns
- Proven experience in the eCommerce sector
- Proficiency in managing media buyers and a team of designers
- Experience handling 10+ client accounts simultaneously
- Ability to lead a small team and delegate tasks effectively
- Creativity and data-driven thinking to foster client and company growth
- Ability to manage ecommerce business marketing budget and strategy
- Break down data for clients to make business decisions
- Proven customer service experience
Client Management & Strategy
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their success through tailored growth strategies and clear communication.
Onboarding & KPI Tracking
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, establish key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Oversee media buyers to ensure paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms are performing efficiently and scaling profitably.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
Work closely with designers and copywriters to develop high-converting ad creatives that align with client goals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign results, provide clients with data-driven insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Project & Time Management
Own deliverables with clear timelines, ensuring all projects are executed on schedule and meet high standards.
Entrepreneurial & Problem-Solving Mindset
Bring an ownership mentality, whether you’ve run your own business, side project, or website, and use that experience to think strategically.
Industry & Platform Expertise
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Salary Range
- $70,000 - $90,000+
