Now, we are looking for a strong Civil Foreperson to lead crews as we enter the next phase: scaling execution, building great teams, and ensuring our job sites are safe, professional, and profitable.This is a pivotal leadership role. You will own the performance of a crew. If you are a results-driven leader who can coordinate, plan, and direct civil construction, we want to meet you.

• Lead day-to-day execution of a construction site with precision and accountability.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of work, aligning field execution with contract, budget, and client expectations.
• Promote a safety-first mindset with zero-injury goals, in partnership with our HS&E team.

• Manage and mentor Lead Hands to develop the next crop of Forepersons.
• Develop high-performance expectations and build accountability within the crew.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading civil construction crews
• Experience with trenching/excavating, duct banks, and pre-cast structure installation considered an asset
• Proven track record completing projects to a high degree of safety and quality
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Satisfactory background check.
