As a Lead Product Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering impactful solutions by leading the implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter for clients in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector. You’ll be part of a collaborative and inclusive team, working closely with stakeholders across various functions to drive successful outcome

In this role, you will

Lead the customization and configuration of Guidewire PolicyCenter to meet diverse client needs.

  • Provide strategic advice on best practices and optimal use of Guidewire PolicyCenter.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems.
  • Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to client teams, supporting knowledge transfer and long-term success.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor project milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges effectively.
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements in partnership with clients.
  • Offer post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction and solution adoption.
  • Stay current with developments in Guidewire PolicyCenter and the Property & Casualty Insurance industry.
  • Contribute to the evolution of implementation methodologies and best practices.

What You’ll Need To Succeed (required Skills)

  • Strong experience with Guidewire APD, Integration, PCF, and Gosu.
  • Deep understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Proven ability to lead complex implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skilled in conducting training and providing post-implementation support.
