Due to the growth of our business, we are hiring multiple Digital Demand Specialists, including English only, and

English-French bilingual positions, to work from our Vision33 Global Headquarters in St. John’s, NL. If you’ve got a motivated friend, bring them along for the ride!

As a Digital Demand Specialist, you will help us to develop high-quality leads for a new product offering in our award-winning SAP business line. You will be part of accelerating our pipeline growth while leveraging account-based marketing methods and tools we provide to you. Bring the drive - we’ll bring the training!

What You’ll Do

  • Develop High-Quality Leads & Accelerate Pipeline Growth within North American and European target markets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build demand across digital channels, align demand generation efforts with business goals, and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops to improve MQL to SQL conversion.
  • Pursue contacts in the buying cycle identified by leading AI tools, digital advertising, paid search, social media, and email campaigns, and more, in order to qualify leads.
  • Analyze Key Metrics including industry, customer, and sales metrics to establish key relationships with potential clients.
  • Use Industry Leading AI & Marketing Tools such as HubSpot, Google, and LinkedIn, to manage lead generation KPIs (MQLs to SQLs to SALs), and conversion rates.
  • Support the Team: Your enthusiasm, drive, and positive energy will support our incredible Sales team by utilizing data, collaborating with internal teams, and establishing sales opportunities.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • People Skills: You’re a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a positive customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience: We are open! Looking for sales-minded people with a high-energy, go-getter mentality, and relentless desire to grow your professional sales career. Post-secondary graduate with at least 1-3 years of sales experience, in particular, B2B, digital marketing, or SaaS experience, is a plus.
  • Master Multitasker: You can easily juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: You thrive on staying organized, you’re proactive, and you have an eye to the small things that make a huge difference.
  • Analytical and Data-Focused: You have strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance optimization.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite, you are a quick learner of new software, and you have a desire to sell cutting-edge technologies.
  • Sales Tools Knowledge a Plus: Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Hubspot, zoominfo, LinkedIn, etc.), as well as proficiency with platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, is a plus.
