SR Human Resources Advisor

The Senior Human Resources Advisor will contribute to the team’s success by:

• Playing a central role in recruiting essential talent for our expansion. You will carry out the full cycle of our talent acquisition process, including pre-hire documentation, candidate selection, background screening and onboarding.
• Providing daily support and guidance in all HR-related activities to support the achievement of the company's overall strategy. This includes coaching as well as the development, interpretation and application of HR policies and programs.
• Tracking KPIs, analyze data, and recommend actions for continuous improvement
• Actively participating in the implementation of HR projects aligned with organizational objectives and head office guidelines.

You are the right person for this role because you have:

• A Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally in a growing environment and with unionized employees.
• The ability to communicate both orally and in writing in French and English
• Solid knowledge of the talent acquisition process and at ease to use social media for recruitment purposes.
• The ability to be proactive, autonomous and take initiative while paying attention to details.
• A keen interest in working in an advisory role with supervisors and employees while on site.
