The Village Taphouse Liquor Store offers a curated selection of craft beer, wines and spirits. The Liquor Store adjoins The Village Taphouse Restaurant in Park Royal Mall, known for its vibrant atmosphere, pool tables, live music, DJ and extensive draught beer menu.

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager at Park Royal Village Taphouse Liquor Store.

You Are

A retail management leader who demonstrates a total commitment to exceeding customer expectations by taking initiative in all aspects of their business

An expert communicator who is able to build relationships with fellow partners, customers and vendors

Able to hire and develop a strong team who will maintain high customer service levels

An entrepreneur who will continue to strengthen the Village Taphouse brand through profitability, salesmanship and operational excellence

Passionate about wine, spirits and craft beer

Confident working with third-party representatives within the beer and wine community

Legally eligible to serve alcohol and have a valid "Serving It Right" Certificate

WSET certificate considered an asset

Provide compensation between $55,000 to $60,000. The compensation package for this role takes various factors into consideration including market rates, experience, and qualifications
