Key Responsibilities
- CAD/CAM Design
- Utilize 3Shape or Exocad software to design single units, full-mouth, and full-arch restorations (crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-supported cases).
- Complex Case Management
- Independently handle aesthetic veneer designs, multi-implant configurations, and other advanced restorative workflows.
- Digital Fabrication
- Operate and maintain 3D printing and milling equipment. Oversee file preparation and production to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Collaboration
- Work directly with prosthodontists and ceramists to clarify clinical requirements, discuss material options, and maintain top-quality standards.
- Case Coordination & Administration
- Assist in scheduling and tracking incoming lab cases, organizing digital files, and ensuring timely communication of case statuses.
- Maintain clear, accurate records and help manage lab supplies as needed.
- RDT in BC
- Must be a Registered Dental Technician in British Columbia, with a license in good standing.
- Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on CAD/CAM design experience.
- Demonstrable skill in full-arch, implant-based, and complex restorative cases.
- Technical Proficiency
- Strong command of 3Shape or Exocad software.
- Familiarity with 3D printing, milling workflows, and various restorative materials.
- Attention to Detail & Dedication to Excellence
- Proven track record of producing highly accurate, aesthetic restorations.
- Meticulous about occlusion, fit, margins, and overall case quality.
