We are looking for a highly skilled Pega Testing Project Lead to oversee the testing lifecycle of Pega-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test strategy, development quality assurance best practices.

In this role, you will

  • Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Pega applications, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Deal with test strategies, test scenarios and test cases, work closely with the customer managing communication, escalations.
  • Manage a team of testers, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
  • Track and report testing progress, defects, and quality metrics to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices

What You’ll Need To Succeed (required Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in Test Planning, test estimation, and project management tools like JIRA, Rally
  • Expertise in REST API Automation testing using Postman and Rest Assured
  • Understanding of Pega Workflow concepts to analyze the application business workflow to come out with testing automation improvement strategies.
  • Experience in AI development and testing using Python language, OpenAI and LangChain models.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
