Here Is Some Of What You’ll Do
Business and Sales Performance:
Sales Budget Achievement
Support all department teams in every capacity to achieve budget.
Analyze and monitor store KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly to implement action plans to achieve target KPIs.
Develop a business plan and coordinate execution and implementation cross-functionally with each department's support.
Communicate business plans and strategies to the Director of Retail Operations and GM of Canada
Identify opportunities to improve performance. Work with home office partners to develop strategies to raise performance.
Maximize sales by category.
Analyze performance by category and partner with the Merchandising team to validate the action plan to drive performance.
People & Leadership
Lead and coach each direct report to perform at their highest potential.
Accountable for the growth and development of direct reports to succession them for next-level roles
Continuously monitor the execution of Retailors selling techniques to achieve the best quantitative and qualitative business results (i.e mystery shops)
Constantly coach the sales team on how to deliver a premium shopping experience, observing the sales floor and providing feedback accordingly
Attract, motivate & retain staff.
Work together with Talent Acquisition in recruiting members according to the brand vision and image
Manage performance review and development plans for all direct reports. Address performance issues and create development plans.
Develop a team structure that facilitates and maximizes individual and team performance.
Staff optimization vs business need
Approve and monitor store schedules, ensuring adherence to handbook policies, including blackout dates & overtime rules.
Store Operations
Excellence in Store Experience and Image
Guarantee the implementation of the VM guidelines by brand standards
Ensure retail operations procedures and best practices are being adhered to
Well-versed in the Process and Procedure Manual
Partner with the Director of Retail Operations to ensure adherence to loss prevention policies and procedures and proactively identify trends that support achieving all inventory goals.
Remain up to date on all policies and procedures in the Employee Policy Manual
Here’s What We’re Looking For
Minimum five years of Retail leadership experience in a multi-department management role
Proven business, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams and advocate and lead teams through change.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing retail environment
Must work retail hours – Weekdays and Weekends, Evenings & Holidays
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to acquire some expertise in Store operation applications (Bamboo HR, Connecteam)

Performance commerciale et des ventes
- Atteindre les budgets de ventes
- Soutenir toutes les équipes de département afin d’atteindre les budgets
- Analyser et suivre les indicateurs clés du magasin (KPI) : quotidiennement, hebdomadairement et mensuellement; établir des plans d’action pour atteindre les cibles
- Élaborer un plan d’affaires et coordonner son exécution en collaboration avec chaque département
- Communiquer les plans et stratégies d’affaires au directeur des opérations de détail et au DG du Canada
- Déceler les occasions d’amélioration et travailler avec le siège social pour élaborer des stratégies visant à hausser la performance
- Maximiser les ventes par catégorie
- Analyser la performance par catégorie et collaborer avec l’équipe de marchandisage pour valider le plan d’action
- Diriger et coacher chaque subalterne direct afin qu’il atteigne son plein potentiel
- Assurer la progression et le développement des employés en vue de préparer la relève
- Surveiller en continu l’application des techniques de vente Retailors afin d’obtenir les meilleurs résultats quantitatifs et qualitatifs (p. ex. : achats mystères)
- Encadrer constamment l’équipe de vente pour offrir une expérience d’achat haut de gamme; observer la surface de vente et fournir de la rétroaction
- Attirer, motiver et fidéliser le personnel
- Collaborer avec l’Acquisition de talents pour recruter des membres conformes à la vision et à l’image de la marque
- Gérer les évaluations de rendement et les plans de développement; traiter les enjeux de performance et élaborer des plans correctifs
- Mettre en place une structure d’équipe favorisant la performance individuelle et collective
- Optimiser la dotation en fonction des besoins d’affaires
- Approuver et surveiller les horaires, en respectant les politiques du manuel de l’employé (jours de bloc, règles d’heures supplémentaires)
- Garantir une expérience client et une image magasin exemplaires
- Assurer la mise en œuvre des directives de marchandisage visuel (VM) selon les normes de la marque
- Veiller au respect des procédures et meilleures pratiques d’exploitation
- Maîtriser le Manuel des processus et procédures
- Travailler avec le directeur des opérations de détail pour assurer la conformité aux politiques de prévention des pertes et repérer de façon proactive les tendances afin d’atteindre les objectifs d’inventaire
- Se tenir à jour sur toutes les politiques et procédures du manuel de l’employé
- Minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience en gestion de commerce de détail dans un rôle de gestion multi-départements
- Solides compétences en affaires, communication, relations interpersonnelles et service à la clientèle
- Autonomie, capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter ou dépasser les échéances avec un minimum de supervision
- Aptitude à inspirer, motiver et guider des équipes durant le changement
- Capacité à s’adapter à un environnement de détail dynamique et en évolution rapide
- Disponibilité pour travailler selon l’horaire du commerce de détail : jours de semaine, fins de semaine, soirs et jours fériés
