You'll work closely with our team to share what you're hearing in the field, shape how we sell, and help guide where we go next. What You'll Be Doing
You'll own deals from first touch to close—but you're never flying solo. Expect full support, real collaboration, and a sales process that's structured just enough to keep things moving.
- Prospect, Pitch, Close
- Find your own leads (outbound, inbound, referrals—whatever works)
- Run discovery, tailor your pitch, and demo the product like a boss
- No “spray and pray”—we personalize everything
- Understand the Customer
- Dive into warehouse workflows so you can speak their language
- Connect our software to their day-to-day pain
- Keep the Momentum
- Follow up like a human (not a bot), and keep deals warm without the spam
- Hit Your Number
- Typical sales cycle: 30–90 days
- Close the right deals, not just fast ones
- Collaborate, Always
- Direct access to the founder and product team
- Your feedback helps shape the sales playbook and the product
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or logistics tech is a bonus)
- You're a closer—but you're also curious, kind, and collaborative
- You thrive on ownership but still love working as part of a team
- You care about customers (not just commissions)
- You're articulate, resourceful, and energized by solving real problems
- You're excited to grow—personally and professionally
