The Role
As a Link Insurance Broker, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a book of a business. This role combines client care, relationship management, and sales. You’ll provide top-notch service, help clients navigate their insurance needs, and close new business with confidence and professionalism.

As a Link Insurance Broker, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a book of a business. This role combines client care, relationship management, and sales. You’ll provide top-notch service, help clients navigate their insurance needs, and close new business with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized insurance solutions to both new and existing clients by phone,email, and in-person
- Manage your portfolio with policy renewals, endorsements, claims support, and filereviews
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and grow your book
- Advocate for your clients with insurance providers to find the best coverage options
- Maintain accurate client data across multiple systems and portals
- Stay on top of industry trends, market changes, and internal processes
- Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License (required)
- 1–2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- A strong understanding of personal lines products and services
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related fields (asset)
- Previous call-center or high-volume client service experience (asset)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A goal-driven, self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong technical skills—comfortable navigating insurance software and Microsoft Office
- High level of professionalism and integrity
