Job Description

What will you work on?

Working alongside a dynamic team of Consumer Care Specialists, this role will assist with delivering engaging experiences and satisfaction through numerous capacities ranging from reporting administrative support tasks to participating in process improvement projects, ultimately supporting an improved overall end-consumer journey.

How will you create impact?

  • Fulfills administrative tasks such as completing reporting, coaching forms, shift reports and attendance logs. Completes other reports as required and has excellent reporting and analytical skills.
  • Coordinate reporting for Consumer Care metrics/SLAs in collaboration with 3rd party call center partners.
  • Assist updating content on Consumer Care’s internal shared drives, CRM Knowledge Base, and online support pages, including updating product support materials such as FAQs, How to Videos, training decks, instruction manuals, etc.
  • Update CRM product and category dispositions.
  • Share team email communications with core team and third party as required.
  • Provide other reporting and administrative support as required.
  • This role will report directly into Sr. Manager, Global Consumer Care

What are your skills and experience?

  • Customer service experience
  • Social media experience (professionally or personally)
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and proven project management skills with ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously with diligence and attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility on rotational-based shifts for weekdays and during all statuary holidays, including December
