The Opportunity

We’re building a high-performance team and looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator who’s ready to take the lead in making 4AG Robotics an extraordinary place to work. You’ll own the moments that matter delivering a world-class onboarding experience to designing initiatives that strengthen culture, connection, and pride. You won’t just support our team; you’ll shape how people experience their first day, take on new challenges, and grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Own onboarding logistics-from welcome kits to orientation scheduling
• Help tell our story through clear, engaging internal comms
• Keep Employee experience tools and org charts up-to-date and useful
• Support team events, training initiatives, and culture programs
• Jump in where needed to improve the employee journey

• Tools, systems, and communication keep our fast-paced team aligned
• You become a trusted go-to for help, info, and energy

What You Bring

• 1-3 years in people-focused roles
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A proactive mindset spots gaps and fixes them
• Familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, and training
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Employee Experience tools (Rippling or similar)
• A warm, people-first approach with attention to detail
