Your Future Role

Innomotics Inc. (Canada) is looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Financial Analyst. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the ideal candidate will have strong proficiencies in financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements, perform month end close activities and profitability analysis. The selected candidate will have responsibility for supporting team initiatives like cash flow optimization, financial transparency on reporting for local growth initiatives and other financial programs in place.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Perform monthly closing activities including but not limited to margin analysis, journal entries, accrual calculations, allocation management and balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform support function controlling including TSA management, internal billing, monthly reporting and reconciliation of cost received and cost allocation in line with global guidelines
• Assure compliance with Innomotics FRG and local GAAP requirements
• Perform balance sheet and cashflow analysis with commentary
• Work with CPM and PM teams to manage vendor commission amounts and payments
• Maintain trend and variance analysis for Cost Centers and Profit Centres across multiple segments
• Monthly forecast preparation & reporting to local/HQ management
• Perform the monthly liquidity reporting and forecasting
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Support & drive process improvements with an automation mindset and push for asset optimization initiatives to improve cash flow results
• Support management with Ad-Hoc analysis and cross functional projects
  
  

Your Profile

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• CPA is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong solid understanding of SAP modules including FICO and SD
• Highly proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and Think cell
• Detail oriented with the ability to capture, structure, consolidate and analyze large amounts of financial information and develop an overarching view, also in graphical format, that describes the key message for Management’s use and colleagues. Power BI knowledge and working experience is preferred
• Critical thinking, creative problem solving, and financial modeling skills
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
• Ability to successfully lead deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision.
