Team Lead, Product Marketing Management

The Role

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

•Lead and mentor a team of passionate Product Marketers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

•Shape strategy while staying hands-on — you’ll roll up your sleeves to learn our processes, support your team, and drive execution.

•Guide the team to develop product marketing strategies that span the entire marketing mix and align key stakeholders.

•Work with team members to develop high-performing campaigns and achieve product lead generation and growth targets.

•Assist team members in creating impactful marketing and enablement content, such as solution briefs, videos, battlecards, sales presentations, and playbooks.

•Craft messaging that transforms technical features into clear, customer-centric benefits.

•Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to bring to market products that make a difference.

•Elevate our brand by championing the voice of the customer and ensuring our value proposition is heard loud and clear.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

•10+ years of experience in Product Marketing

•3+ years of experience leading a Product Marketing team

•A degree in business, geosciences, engineering, or a related field.

•A strategic mindset with the ability to execute — you’re as comfortable in the boardroom as you are in the trenches.

•Experience marketing complex, technical products, and a knack for making them accessible and exciting.

•A passion for and proven track record of developing high-performing teams.

•Ability to build rapport with and influence senior leaders.

•Office-based working environment. Work from our Vancouver or Christchurch office three or more days per week.
