Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and mechanically inclined Physical Security Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to learn about safe and vault locking mechanisms, safety deposit box locks, time locks, and high-security lock installation and service. The position will primarily involve fieldwork within the designated work zone, with training provided in Vancouver and advanced sessions at our client's head office in Canton, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair high-security locking mechanisms, including safes, vaults, safety deposit boxes, and time locks.
• Utilize hand and power tools to perform mechanical and electronic lock installations and maintenance.
• Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues efficiently.
• Use a handheld device for various apps related to job tasks and documentation.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail when handling security components and mechanisms.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism while on-site.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools.
• Interest in learning about advanced security locking systems.
• Ability to work unsupervised and follow detailed procedures.
