The Role
Contributes to the overall success of the Fraud Knowledge Management Team in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities conducted are compliant with governing regulations, audit protocols, internal policies and procedures.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Manage the design, development, delivery of knowledge documentation including but not limited to procedures, standards, job aids and process maps, to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Accountable for executing requests for updating and developing new knowledge content and new process maps (including, but not limited to version accuracy, request requirements, document review for formatting and language standards, Impact
- Lists, Tracking Verification and Document requests, development of audit and regulatory documentation, and other process documents and technical standards which may be required on an ad-hoc basis, etc.).
- Responsible for reviewing and identifying opportunities to streamline new and existing procedures and/or processes to support operational efficiencies and create a more user-centric experience.
- Create and maintain the technical standards for Fraud, to be utilized across the organization.
- Assists the Procedure Manager as a point of contact for the business and project leads, managing change requests of all complexities (including, but not limited to: impact list creation and analysis, timelines and submission monitoring, etc.).
- Assist the Procedure Manager in running the Annual Review program, along with maintenance of back-up Knowledge Content repository, ensuring an accurate inventory for Knowledge Documents.
- Work on multiple projects individually or as a part of a project team to implement and support Fraud and/or enterprise-wide initiatives on behalf of the Fraud/Change Management/Knowledge Management domain.
- Collaborate with leadership and business partners to determine priorities, including, but not limited to effective planning, execution and maintenance of new, updated and accurate inventory of knowledge documentation, communications, technical standards and process maps.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- Experience with writing technical standards preferred
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) and SharePoint
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results oriented and able to effectively execute in a fast-paced environment
- Lead strategic projects with a significant impact on business line growth.
