Your Role
- Collecting field information, equipment specification, completing as-built markups and field verification.
- Develop drawings, motor schematics and wiring, logic diagrams, cable tray layouts, termination drawings, area class, material take-offs, prepare reports, code review and commissioning.
- 3D electrical system design, including but not limited to cable tray routing.
- Reviewing and evaluating technical work.
- Coordinating activities with Technical Leads, Project Managers, and other engineering disciplines.
- Work closely with other disciplines within the company and with clients.
- Occasional travel within Canada may be required with travel time often concentrated in bunches.
- Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
- Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
- Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
- Additional duties as required.
