Position Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Equipment Operator with a valid Class 3 Driver’s License to join our team based in Leduc, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily equipment inspections and light maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient operation. Candidates must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working extended hours as needed. Loader experience is considered a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 Driver’s License (with clean driver’s abstract required)
• Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive in Leduc by 6:00 AM
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Loader experience is a valuable asset, though not mandatory

Work Conditions

• Outdoor work environment, subject to seasonal weather changes
• Overtime required during peak operational periods
