You Are:

You are a dynamic and experienced HR professional with a passion for operational excellence and employee experience. You have a solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems, as well as knowledge of US and Canada employment law. You are committed to high standards and lead your team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing day-to-day activities of your HR shared services team, delivering HR services effectively, accurately, and on time.
  • Acting as the key contact for AMERICAS related compliance and audit requirements, with especial focus on US and Canada.
  • Ensuring all operational support and procedure documentation is maintained.
  • Focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes and services that shape the employee lifecycle and are efficient, scalable and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • Leveraging technology and automation to enhance service delivery.
  • Managing the administration of HR data and documents, ensuring accurate processing, updating and retention.
  • Developing your team on work techniques, best practices and operational expertise.


The Impact You Will Have:

  • Enhancing service delivery and optimization of work volumes, tickets queues, phone queues and issue resolution.
  • Ensuring service quality and monitoring service responsiveness and accuracy across all channels.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, minimizing risk and maintaining high standards of HR service for the region.
  • Driving continuous improvement in HR service delivery, enhancing the overall employee experience and supporting business growth.
  • Create and maintain an environment that promotes consistency, teamwork, and cooperation of shared goals.


What You’ll Need:

  • Master's degree in human resources, or related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience, with 2+ years supervisor experience in the field of HR Operations or Shared Services.
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, policies, and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of US and Canada employment law.
