Your Role
Under the supervision of the Operating Room Manager and the URDM Manager, you will play a key role in the quality and safety of care provided to our patients.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure Collecting, cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing medical instruments
- Reassembling trays according to established procedures
- Reprocessing and disinfecting endoscopes
- Conducting quality control tests required by the department
- Maintain the integrity of equipment and work environments
- Participate in the reception and distribution of orders
- Ensure the application of operating room policies and procedures
- Collaborate closely with operating room teams to ensure optimal quality of care
- Assist with certain administrative tasks and site maintenance.
Required profile
- DEP or DEC in medical device reprocessing
- Significant experience in a healthcare setting (major asset)
- Knowledge of sterilization standards and best practices
- Attention to detail, rigor, and a sense of the organization
- Teamwork and reliability
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt to change
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
