Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role is responsible for supporting the execution of above ground storage tank (AST)

repair projects through the procurement and shipping of fabrication and repair materials, coordination with third-party vendors,

and preparation of construction documentation. This position plays a key role in developing and maintaining project records,

including construction drawings and repair plans for tanks and associated structures. Working closely with Project Managers

and Engineers, the individual ensures the timely and accurate delivery of technical drawings and documentation aligned with

the project scope.

Essential Functions

  • Procurement and shipping of shop fabrication and field repair material
  • Coordinate with third parties/vendors for projects
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Prepare construction drawings and repair plans for above ground storage tank repairs and associated ancillary structures
  • Assist Project Managers/Engineers with the delivery of project drawing requirements as they relate to the repair scope

Skills/Specifications

  • 1+ years experience in the Construction / Oil & Gas industry
  • Experience with Autodesk Inventor and 3D modeling
  • Familiar with fabrication and construction processes
  • Client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The ability and discipline to consistently meet deadlines
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Engineering background (preferred)
  • Knowledge of welding procedures (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Quality Programs (an asset)
  • Project Management experience (an asset)
  • Valid class 5 drivers’ licence

Working Conditions

This position operates in a remote work environment and requires prolonged periods of computer use. The employee must maintain a professional and secure home office, with sufficient internet connection to support video conferencing and data security standards. Working hours are expected to align with core business operations, with flexibility for cross-border collaboration when necessary.
