Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fragrance Team Lead entrusted with leading a team of talented Fragrance advisors and specialists to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales performance in the Fragrance department.
The successful candidate will have a solid business acumen, a passion for fragrance, and play a critical role in promoting luxury fragrance products, creating a personalized customer experience anchored in self-care, and ensuring overall team success.
Reporting to the Experience Manager, the Fragrance Team Lead will manage a team of dedicated employees.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of fragrance specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and ongoing training to maximize their performance and achieve department goals.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes trust, accountability, teamwork, motivation, and exceptional customer service.
- Analyze sales metrics, including individual and team performance, and create effective sales strategies to increase product sales, collaborating with the store management team to achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated on the latest fragrance trends, products, and industry developments to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers and team members.
- Demonstrate and communicate a comprehensive knowledge of fragrance products, ingredients, and their benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain outstanding customer relationships by embracing self-awareness and empathy, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for each customer.
- Coordinate with vendors and participate in promotional events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment, minimizing out-of-stock situations and optimizing product availability.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to create an appealing and organized fragrance department that showcases our luxury products effectively.
- Proven experience of 5 years in a fragrance sales or management role, preferably in a luxury beauty environment.
- In-depth knowledge of fragrance products, ingredients, and their benefits, along with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve exceptional results.
- Outstanding sales and customer service orientation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding department goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and vendors.
- Solid business acumen and the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to advance sales growth.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in using retail technology, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the luxury beauty market, including emerging trends and customer preferences.
- Are a self-care and wellness ambassador.
