What You’ll Do

  • Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

What You'll Need

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
  • Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.

Required Experience

  • 10 years’ experience as a project resource delivering information system projects. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the projects that total at least 10 years. The response should include specific details of work performed.
  • 7 years’ experience as a change management specialist performing stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 7 years. At least 3 years of experience should include working within a healthcare environment. The response should include specific details of work performed.
  • 2 years’ experience implementing clinical information systems to accommodate long-term or homecare patient registration. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 2 years. The response should include specific details of work performed.
  • 3 years’ experience developing and delivering end user training. Experience should include the assessment of training needs, development of training materials, and delivery of training one-on-one or in a classroom setting. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years. The response should include specific details of work performed.
  • 2 years’ experience implementing the Procura suite of products in a long term care environment. Experience should include designing clinical workflows and analysis to integrate the software with other clinical systems. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 2 years. The response should include specific details of work performed.
  • 2 years’ experience supporting or implementing pharmacy systems in a clinical setting. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 2 years. The response should include specific details of work performed.
