Boston Pizza Shawnessy is looking for a motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. Position: Kitchen Supervisor

Location: Boston Pizza – West Springs, Calgary, AB
Wage: $41,600 – $59,800 annually (based on hours worked)
Status: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support kitchen team during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee food preparation, line execution, and plate presentation
• Monitor quality control and food safety standards
• Support inventory and ordering systems
• Assist in training and onboarding new HOH team members
• Work closely with management to drive a positive and productive kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a kitchen environment
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A passion for food and creating great guest experiences
