Trail Appliances is searching for a B2B Marketing & Special Projects Specialist who’s ready to take the wheel and accelerate our Commercial Divisions (Single Family Builder, Multi-Family Builder & Designer Sales) to new heights. As the B2B Marketing & Special Projects Specialist, you will be the driving force behind marketing initiatives for our Commercial Divisions & employer brand. You’ll create assets that inspire possibilities at home and collaborate with internal teams and our network of talented content creators—including videographers, motion graphics artists, radio producers, and video producers—to develop compelling content for distribution on social media, enewsletter and elsewhere that resonates with our B2B audiences and supports our sales teams to close deals.

As the B2B Marketing & Special Projects Specialist, you are a

  • Partnership Architect:
  • Shape and execute B2B marketing strategies tailor-made for each of our commercial divisions—Single Family Builder, Multi-Family Builder, and Designer Sales
  • Collaborate with division leaders to spot new opportunities, solve real business challenges, and keep us a step ahead of the competition
  • Dive into market research and competitor analysis, then turn insight into action
  • Content Creator
  • Partner with our People & Culture team and internal Trailblazers to craft campaigns that attract and retain top talent
  • Bring our culture and values to life through stories, behind-the-scenes videos, and content that feels as genuine as our showrooms
  • Capture the magic of our showrooms—like the build-out of 20+ display kitchens every year and the buzz of new store launches
  • Innovation Architect
  • Treat data as your muse: A/B test taglines, geek out on engagement metrics, and pivot campaigns faster than a steam oven reheats pizza
  • Experiment, learn, and never settle for “good enough.” You’re here to set a new standard
  • Team Catalyst
  • Rally a network of creative freelancers – videographers, motion designers, radio producers, and more – to deliver content that makes people stop, smile, and say, ‘Wow, that’s Trail”
  • Empower our sales teams with tools and collateral that make winning business feel easy


To be successful in this role, you should be

  • A Creative Firestarter: 5+ years as part of fast-paced teams that blend artistry with ROI. Your portfolio includes work that made people laugh, think, and lean in for more
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: You thrive in the creative/operational tango. You know how to inspire designers, developers, and sales teams to deliver their best work – on time, every time
  • Customer Champion: Creating connections with people through creative is your jam. You understand what makes people tick – and what makes them click
  • Technical Chops: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and CMS platforms like Storyblok, Builder.io. Bonus points if you can add a little motion magic or video editing to the mix
  • Storytelling Sorcerer: You know how to make a dishwasher’s quiet mode sound like a spa day (“Finally, peace and a spotless wine glass”)
  • Trail Values in Action: You live for authenticity, sweat the details with integrity, and believe “caring” means helping others shine. Innovation and determination are just how you get things done


The experience we like to see

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands ideally in an agency environment where creativity drove conversion
  • Fluency in blending brand storytelling with performance marketing
  • A knack for mentoring creatives without dimming their spark
  • Passion for appliances (or at least a willingness to geek out over built-in coffee machines)
