You will be part of a growing team attracted to working in clients’ best interest, managing over $17 billion of clients’ wealth today An Associate Wealth Advisor will be entrusted with managing an established book of employee clients while actively cultivating relationships within Connor, Clark Financial Group and its affiliates. They will also proactively identify and pursue opportunities for client referrals. Partnering closely with an experienced Sales Development Coach, the Associate Wealth Advisor will benefit from dedicated mentorship focused on business development and exceptional client service Competitive compensation Associate Wealth Advisor compensation is salary plus bonus structure and commission on external new assetsWhat you will do In this client-facing role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences to the firm’s employees while actively identifying and securing new client opportunities. You will also benefit from firm-led coaching and support tailored specifically to your professional growth Your high-level job accountabilities will include:
- Provide exemplary client service and the delivery of investment planning and portfolio management to employees participating in CC&L Employee Investment Program
- Meet the requirements to assess client suitability for investments, guide asset allocation, convey asset class details and seek deep understanding of each client
- Manage and execute day-to-day client requests, delivering a high level of personalized client service with speed and accuracy
- Navigate requirements for all aspects of new and existing account documentation, execution on systems, and collaborate with administration support team
- Conduct client meetings as needed, including preparing relevant documentation and providing tailored client updates
- Implement strategic outreach initiatives to expand the Employee Investment Program’s reach and serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the firm
- Proactively cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging employee referrals, building strong relationships within the firm to encourage client introductions
- Demonstrate ability to gain self-sourced clients through appropriate networking and business development activities, with an emphasis on maximizing referral-driven growth
- Participate as a team member and engage in ongoing learning and development to improve skills and knowledge

- Potential to confidently guide clients in wealth decisions, specifically investment advice
- Industry experience; ability to be registered as AR-CRM by end of year 1
- Undergraduate degree; CIM or CFA (Level 1) required by end of year 1
