Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including answering phones, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, records, and documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
- Support various departments with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration training is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
