CREDIT COORDINATOR

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;

• Setting up and preparing new and existing customer credit documents for review
• Managing & auditing manual invoices daily and reviewing branch on hand count monthly
• Ensuring orders are released efficiently within set parameters and supporting Quebec and Western Canada with order releases
• Processing and reviewing approved credit limit changes, account changes and customer ownership changes as per set parameters
• Ensuring required & completed documents are provided alongside managing customer maintenance forms
• Processing customer returns and issuing debits as required with GM approval
• Processing EFT payments and MCR (Miscellaneous Cash Receipt) and notifying branches of NSFs
• Ensuring collection notes are entered, if promises are made
• Issuing invoices for miscellaneous transactions as requested
• Issuing approved invoices for miscellaneous transactions
  
  

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

• Post-Secondary education
• 2+ years Credit experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Windows Applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Metrically based decision making experience
• Bilingual in English/French is required
  
  

WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to travel
