We’re seeking a versatile Marketing Content Specialist who blends strategic SEO and lead generation skills with content creation, social media management, and digital campaign support. You’ll play a key role in crafting compelling messaging and data-driven marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and inbound leads.

This role will also involve tracking and reporting on marketing-generated leads, helping to evaluate campaign performance and ensure alignment with sales and business development goals.


Responsibilities


Lead Generation & SEO (Primary Focus)


Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.

Optimize web content, landing pages, and metadata for performance.

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and link-building campaigns.

Monitor and report on SEO KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.


Content Creation & Management


Write and edit blog posts, web pages, emails, and social content tailored to target audiences and funnel stages.

Collaborate with internal teams to generate customer-focused content ideas.

Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across platforms.


Social Media


Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Create and schedule posts, engage with audiences, and monitor brand mentions.

Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on insights.


Email Marketing


Plan and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional and drip campaigns.

Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversions in HubSpot and make data-driven improvements.


Digital Advertising Support


Work alongside our Digital Marketing Agency to plan and optimize paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads).

Monitor performance, contribute to reporting, and recommend improvements.


Basic Design & Visual Content


Design visuals for social media, emails, blog headers, and digital ads using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Ensure all digital assets align with our brand guidelines.


Website & CMS Management


Update and manage content through our CMS (e.g., WordPress).

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure optimal web functionality and UX.


Trends & Industry Monitoring


Stay informed on digital marketing best practices and logistics industry trends.

Apply insights to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Qualifications


2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or SEO.

Proven ability to generate inbound leads through organic strategies.

Strong writing and editing skills for B2B audiences.

Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and CMS platforms.

Basic graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite.

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and marketing analytics.

Basic knowledge of HTML or web design.

Video editing or multimedia content creation skills.
