YOUR ROLE
The National Project Logistics Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex logistics projects nationwide. They ensure the efficient movement of goods, equipment, and materials aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality standards, supporting successful large-scale project execution.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Focus on strategic planning and coordination of logistics operations to optimize supply chain processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
Project scheduling and delivery management, including, monitoring project milestones to ensure logistics support aligns with project deadlines and addresses and resolves logistical delays or issues.
Build and maintain relationships with logistics providers, customs agents, and suppliers; negotiate contracts and service agreements for favorable terms, serving as the primary contact for external logistics partners.
Ensure compliance with regulations, import/export laws, and safety standards; conduct logistics risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Develop and manage logistics budgets for projects.
Lead, train, and develop the logistics team to ensure high performance.
Generate regular reports on logistics performance, challenges, and KPIs; analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to develop and implement strategic logistics solutions, optimize supply chain processes, and mitigate risks.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in management, business or Supply Chain Management preferred
At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role
Strong customer orientation and a sense of service. Natural leadership, autonomy, rigor and good team spirit
Characteristics: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and prioritization skills

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both French and English
