In this high-impact, individual contributor role, you will drive the development and execution of enablement programs that span multiple business units at OpenText. Focused on strategic corporate initiatives with significant revenue potential, you will empower our global sales teams by developing cross-functional training and tools that enhance seller productivity and drive growth. What The Role Offers
Corporate Program Enablement
- Develop and execute enablement programs that support strategic initiatives and drive seller productivity across multiple business units.
- Align cross-functional efforts by collaborating with leaders from sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver unified messaging and sales strategies.
- Create comprehensive enablement programs that integrate innovative, on-demand learning experiences with measurable performance metrics.
- Manage strategic learning plans that articulate corporate program initiatives, address competitive challenges, and promote effective sales methodologies.
- Develop enablement materials such as sales playbooks, microlearnings, and toolkits designed to support complex, revenue-impacting initiatives.
- Utilize creative and experiential learning approaches to ensure high engagement and effective knowledge retention across diverse seller groups.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program success and drive continuous improvements in enablement initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between corporate programs and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and messaging.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across business units to gather insights, build business context, refine enablement initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute robust change management plan using multiple channels to reinforce program success.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related field, ideally within complex technology environments.
- Proven success in designing and implementing enablement programs that drive seller productivity and revenue growth on a cross-business unit scale.
- Expertise in developing interactive, on-demand learning experiences tailored to complex corporate initiatives.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple strategic priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- A strategic, analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and deriving actionable insights.
- A collaborative and flexible approach with proven success working across multiple functional areas in a large organization.
- Curiosity and creativity to find answers—or create solutions as needed.
- A passion for empowering sales teams and driving transformational change in a competitive marketplace.
