Qualifications: Education
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing at the RPN level Current registration, in good standing with the CNO Current CPR certification required
Experience
At least three (3) years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Supervisor, preferably in a community setting
Other Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format; ability to work independently and effectively lead a team
- Excellent report writing and communication skills with both Field and Administrative employees
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
- Must be able to produce a clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening and at least two professional references
- Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to clients as well as program development, implementation and evaluation
