Position Overview
The position of the dual slot attendant/Slot Floor Supervisor is one of varying degrees of responsibility and accountability that differs depending on the role being filled for a given shift.
A combination of all requirements in conjunction of the slot attendant, slot cashier and slot supervisor positions.
The ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays without a set schedule as the dual position regularly fills in and changes their schedule based on the needs of the department to fill in for holidays, sick calls etc.
Education And Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous supervisory experience required, preferably in a customer service environment.

- When performing the duties of an attendant the roles and responsibilities fall under the job description of the attendant
- When performing the duties of the Slot Floor Supervisor the roles and responsibilities fall under the job description of the Slot Supervisor

Education And Experience

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Preferred Skills- Floor Supervisor
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- To logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work assignments in a timely manner
- Ability to perceive quality of work, read material and review documents, receive/follow/apply instructions
- Possess high-quality interpersonal skills and work well in a team
- Set and achieve high standards of performance and customer service skills (internal & external)
- Complete training course(s) offered by the Casino
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment
- Possess high-quality interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- To logically and independently plan, organize, and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to perceive quality of work, read material and review documents, receive/follow /apply instructions, perform basic math skills and use problem solving skills, remain vigilant in the event of an emergency
- Set and achieve high standards of performance and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time; bend, stoop or kneel as required
- Work with tools or equipment pertaining to job requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull heavy objects of approximately 40 pounds
- Ability to work and thrive in a team oriented environment, and able to function independently
- Ability to work in a physically demanding area and be familiar with a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Must be available for shift-work,
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment
- Priority will be given to Tsuut'ina Nation members.
