ARGEN Canada is a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, offering digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment, dental software, and materials to dental labs and denturist clinics.
As a 3Shape Automate Case Handler in the Argen Canada Digital Center, you will help turn digital scans into digital designs and then into restorative dental products such as crowns and potentially other products. In this role, you will facilitate the design and manufacturing workflow for Argen’s dental lab partners by entering digital scans and design requests into the dental software 3Shape Automate, routing them through the correct design and manufacturing workflow, and recognizing and resolving issues to ensure design quality, accuracy and overall customer satisfaction.
This position requires attention to detail, proficiency with software (including MS Office), the ability to meet tight deadlines and coordinate workflows efficiently as well as good communication skills (verbally and in writing). Prior dental lab experience or knowledge of dental anatomy as well as CAD or 3Shape experience are beneficial but not required.
