As a member of the HR team, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and following up on the entire recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Contributing to the onboarding and integration of new employees
• Leading the social committee and helping organize events
• Advising, supporting, and/or coaching managers in applying policies and procedures, especially with the Production team
• Coordinating preventive health and safety activities such as risk identification, training development, and coordination
• Managing administrative and medical aspects, investigations, and analysis related to workplace accidents, in collaboration with the prevention mutual
• Co-leading and coordinating the OHS committee
• Supporting employer brand visibility outside the organization
• Participating in internal and external communications (employee surveys, social media, press releases, etc.)
• Supporting and contributing to the completion of various HR team projects
  
  

Profile we’re looking for:

• A relevant degree (HR, communications, organizational psychology) and at least 1–2 years of direct experience aligned with the responsibilities of the role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Discretion and tact in handling confidential situations
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to set priorities
• Energetic, great communicator, comfortable speaking in front of groups, and people-oriented
• Good knowledge of and comfort with IT systems
• Functional French skills
• Experience in a highly regulated environment (an asset)
