- Coordinating and following up on the entire recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Contributing to the onboarding and integration of new employees
- Leading the social committee and helping organize events
- Advising, supporting, and/or coaching managers in applying policies and procedures, especially with the Production team
- Coordinating preventive health and safety activities such as risk identification, training development, and coordination
- Managing administrative and medical aspects, investigations, and analysis related to workplace accidents, in collaboration with the prevention mutual
- Co-leading and coordinating the OHS committee
- Supporting employer brand visibility outside the organization
- Participating in internal and external communications (employee surveys, social media, press releases, etc.)
- Supporting and contributing to the completion of various HR team projects
- A relevant degree (HR, communications, organizational psychology) and at least 1–2 years of direct experience aligned with the responsibilities of the role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Discretion and tact in handling confidential situations
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to set priorities
- Energetic, great communicator, comfortable speaking in front of groups, and people-oriented
- Good knowledge of and comfort with IT systems
- Functional French skills
- Experience in a highly regulated environment (an asset)
