Description
Ability to write detailed requirements functional and non functional and including down to the data attributes for extracts and/or API integrations, etc from their own analysis and research and then adding input from the relevant stakeholders
Education
- Must have strong ETL & Data Testing experience to understand the Application underlying data flow/processing with Wealth management or Trade Application knowledge and experience
- Requires strong knowledge of Broadridge/Trade Platform EBCDIC file structures (or ISM as they are similar)
- Ability to write a high level requirement which will contain the Principles and rationale for how we will sanitize the Broadridge/ Trade Platform files
- Ability to write the detailed technical extract specifications to attributize the files consistently across all files. Including headers, trailers, and other technical non functional requirements (e.g. info sec, etc)
- Ability to write reconciliation requirements that ensure that the files received equal the files generated - e.g. same number of rows, and what makes sense for the particular file being sanitized.
- Strong experience with Broadridge or ISM type financial files and ability to work with EBCDC.
- Ability to write technical specifications for new files which will be generated.
- Strong Consultative skills;
- Strong Communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong presentation skills - to lead large meetings and bring a variety of seniority of stakeholders along on the requirement journey.
- Ability to lead brainstorming sessions
- Ability to pre-research topic and have a shell of requirements prior to meeting with business
- Ability to write powerpoint decks and surface high level requirements, potential solutions, pros, cons to help management make decisions
- Self driven - can write a plan to get through requirements; can drive the work forward and needs minimal oversight to be able to deliver effectively.
- Ability to analyze, document and assess critically current state processes; current state technical processes; and drive to future state process and technical processes with the viewpoint of getting to a solution that solves the problem.
- Ability to explain the rationale for why you would select one solution versus another.

Education
- Successful candidate will have a BA in Economics and/or Finance or other Financial Educational background (MA, etc)
- Industry certifications - one of the CIM, CSC, CFA, etc
- If a candidate also has some technical background / training, dependent on the detailed role, this is extremely helpful but does not outweigh the financial training.
- Successful candidate will have experience either in Wealth Front office or operations working in the business
- Successful candidate will have experience as a BA writing requirements
- Successful candidate will have consulting experience from EY, Capco, Deloitte focused on Wealth Management
