As the Jr. Project Coordinator, you will be supporting Project Managers in delivering project activities by performing coordination and administrative tasks. You will help ensure projects stay organized and move forward by supporting documentation, scheduling, and communications.

Primarily, this person will be supporting the day-to-day operations of IT and strategic projects. This role contributes to project success by keeping teams organized and helping maintain clear communication and documentation.

A Day in the Life

  • Project Coordination: Provide support for basic project coordination activities under the direction of a Project Manager. Help schedule meetings, maintain project timelines, and organize documentation. Assist with updates to task trackers and status reports, ensuring information is accurate and accessible
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support stakeholder communication by helping prepare meeting materials and documenting discussions. Assist with onboarding logistics for project team members and coordinating routine updates, under supervision
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the project team, including scheduling, note-taking, and tracking follow-ups. Help ensure meetings and communications run smoothly
  • Risk & Compliance: Support routine compliance tasks such as updating risk logs and monitoring project status reports. Escalate issues and follow up on routine check-ins as needed

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration or project coordination support roles
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and common tools (e.g. MS Office, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall is helpful, but not required

The hiring base salary range for this position is $54,400 to $71,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
