- Establish the Canadian office and build operational infrastructure, warehouse, and logistics

- Build relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Canadian regulations and business requirements
- Collaborate with global leadership to align Canadian operations with overall company strategy
- Manage P&L responsibility for the Canadian business unit
- Report on business performance and provide market insights to global leadership
- Progressively recruit, lead, and develop a small talented team across sales, operations, and support functions
- Collaborate with a team of experts and share insights with senior executives and founders, helping them build their dream teams.
Essential Experience:
- 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or industrial products
- Some business development experience in the Canadian market
- Track record of building customer relationships and growing sales territories
- Experience working with distributors, contractors, or B2B customers
- Understanding of the Canadian construction industry and market dynamics
- Familiarity with construction fasteners, building materials, or related products (preferred)
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, or technical specifications (an asset)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Sales-driven mindset with natural ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify market opportunities
- Willingness to travel across Canada (up to 40%)
- Driver's license and ability to travel
