Specifically, You Will
- Consistently delivers on established Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives and foster trust with the network of retail stores.
- Accountable for profit and loss (P&L) performance, including tracking all hub level expenses and managing spends to budget.
- Sets strategies, volume goals and targets for the hub and creates a communication plan to ensure team understands connection between store financial success and bonus programs.
- Responsible for the direct supervision and development of the management and Hub team.
- Formulates and executes an internal associate succession plan to support business growth.
- Manages and ensures execution of process excellence standards and initiatives.
- Ensures overall management of the day-to-day operations and maximizes productivity.
- College or Technical School Diploma in Print Production preferred.
- Demonstrates senior leadership and management ability.
- Demonstrates business acumen at a senior level.
- Understands steps involved in the printing process.
- Working knowledge of relevant platforms; preflight and industry software, file specifications and standards, desktop publishing terminology, file naming conventions.
- Knowledge of database systems and workflow management programs.
- Basic color theory (models and space), calibration procedures, color profiles, color gamut of devices, and color management devices.
- Knowledge of internal and external network environment, operating systems, file types and extensions, software and hardware components of a prepress operation, file transfer (FTP, HTTP) protocols.
- 5-7 years experience in the graphic communication and printing industry with a specific background print production with clear management experience.
