What You Will Be Doing

Cash Flow Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, ensuring the organization's liquidity and financial stability.
  • Monitor and forecast cash flow requirements, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cash management processes.


Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Lead the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities within the organization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to adhere with public reporting deadlines.
  • Lead the audit and review process with external auditors.
  • Review covenant reporting prepared by team for compliance with debt covenants.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to executive management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends, with support of corporate accounting team
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to facilitate decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation of U.S. GAAP accounting standards, including the preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and ensuring the company is up-to-date with U.S. GAAP changes.


Team Leadership

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day of corporate finance and accounting team.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department.
  • Encourage collaboration and teamwork, ensuring efficient execution of financial processes.


Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support accurate and comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Work with department heads to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.


Financial Strategy & Business Support

  • Contribute to the development of the organization's financial strategy, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Participate in strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.


Qualifications

  • CPA designation required
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, accounting, and financial leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
  • Proven experience in preparing and consolidating financial statements for multiple entities.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience leading audit and public reporting processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure and track compliance with debt covenants and financial regulatory standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, mentoring, and developing finance teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial insights to executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in using various systems/ERPs cross functionally. Netsuite preferred.
